Associate Director Building Surveyor

A well-established construction and property consultancy are seeking an experienced Associate Director Building Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to take on a leadership position within a successful consultancy environment. The Building Surveyor will lead client relationships, oversee project delivery, contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the Building Surveyor team. The successful Building Surveyor will work across a diverse commercial property portfolio while helping to shape the future direction of the business. The Company? The Role As the Associate Director Building Surveyor, you will take responsibility for leading projects, managing client accounts and supporting wider business objectives. The role will include: * Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and securing repeat business opportunities * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across existing and new sectors * Delivering professional and project-led building surveying instructions * Managing complex projects from inception through to completion * Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to junior team members * Supporting team performance and contributing to business planning objectives * Collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities for additional services The Associate Director Building Surveyor? You will be an experienced and commercially minded individual with a proven track record within a consultancy environment. Applications from candidates without relevant Building Surveying experience will not be considered.
