Warehouse Operative Shift Rotation

Our client based in Dartford is seeking experienced Warehouse Operative to strengthen their production team on an ongoing temporary basis. We are looking for candidates with previous experience working within a warehouse environment. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment is paramount along with a proven work history and ability to work well with others. Duties can be but not limited to: Provide support to the packing team. Shrink wrap pallets Stripping pallets Machine minding Aid gluing and nesting team Empty bins Maintain tidy warehouse General ad hoc warehouse duties as directed by management Candidate requirements: * Good work attitude and reliable * Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse/production environment * Good communication skills * Able to learn new tasks quickly * Able to follow hygiene and health and safety rules of the site - high standard of personal hygiene is required and adherence to food safety grooming standards is essential * Good level of literacy and numeracy * Friendly and able to work well alongside others * Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Hours: A rotating Monday to Friday shift is worked; Week one – Monday to Friday 6.00am - 1.30pm Week two - Monday to Friday 1.30pm - 9.00pm Hourly rate £12.71, overtime rate of £19.06 applicable after 12 weeks when basic hours exceeded * 28 days Annual Leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays * Online payslips * Weekly pay * Workplace Pension Contribution * Ongoing assignment Due to the high volume of applications, we will only contact candidates that meet above criteria.
