A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Bar Supervisor to join a stunning Country House Hotel in Surrey .

This role would suit an experienced Bar Supervisor or senior bartender from a quality 4-star UK hotel background who is looking to continue developing their career within a supportive and luxury-led environment.

The Role

Support the day-to-day running of the hotel bar operation
Lead and inspire the bar team during service
Deliver warm, engaging, and professional guest experiences
Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, and premium beverages
Assist with training and development of junior team members
Ensure consistently high presentation and service standards

About You

Previous experience at supervisory level within a UK 4-star hotel
Good knowledge of cocktails and mixology
Confident leading service and supporting a team
Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest care
Friendly, polished, and professional with excellent attention to detail
A natural people person who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere

Package

£32,000 basic salary
Approx. xwzovoh £3,600 service charge
