Vacant Property Cleaners

A UK cleaning company is hiring experienced Vacant Property Cleaners to assist with end-of-tenancy cleaning tasks.

The role centres on bringing empty properties up to a clean and presentable condition.

Main Duties

• Complete cleaning of empty homes

• Deep cleaning of kitchens, including ovens and surfaces

• Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal

• Cleaning of windows, flooring, skirting boards, and doors

• Preparing properties for inspections by landlords and letting agencies

Schedule

• Flexible part-time hours, usually 4–8 hours per job

• Work available Monday to Friday, with weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they arise locally

• This role is part-time

Compensation & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 per job for using your own equipment and supplies

• Travel time paid where applicable

• Client parking covered (excluding street parking only areas)

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Must have own cleaning equipment and products

• Reliable vehicle or transport access

• Strong English communication skills
