Groundworker

Groundworker Location: Southern Water Region Matchtech s looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworker to support drainage and civils projects across the South of England. You'll assist with a variety of site activities including excavations, pipe installations, manhole construction, maintenance works, and general site preparation. Working alongside experienced teams, you'll help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Requirements: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work safely Good communication and teamwork skills Basic understanding of Health & Safety Previous groundwork, utilities, or construction experience desirable NRSWA Street Works (Essential)Desirable: Full UK Driving Licence Cat & GennyIf you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a supportive team delivering essential infrastructure projects, we'd love to hear from you.
