School Admissions Officer – NW2 (North West London) Start Date: September 2026 Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We are currently supporting a welcoming and well-organised school in NW2 who are looking to appoint an experienced School Admissions Officer to join their administrative team. This is a key role within the school, acting as the first point of contact for parents and ensuring a smooth and professional admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Arbor and a proven background working within school admissions or a busy school office environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full admissions process from enquiry to student enrolment * Maintain accurate pupil data using Arbor MIS system * Liaise confidently and professionally with parents, carers, and external agencies * Process applications, waiting lists, and in-year admissions * Ensure compliance with school admissions policies and statutory requirements * Support school administration where required, including attendance and pupil records * Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for families About You: * Previous experience in a school admissions role (essential) * Strong working knowledge of Arbor (essential) * Confident communicating with parents in person, over the phone, and via email * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Able to manage a busy workload and work independently * School-based administrative experience preferred The Role Offers: * Opportunity to join a supportive and established school team * A varied and fast-paced role within a key department of the school * Long-term opportunity for the right person If you are an experienced School Admissions Officer or school administrator with strong Arbor experience and are looking for your next role in NW London, we would love to hear from you.
