The Account Manager Role:
As Account Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind client relationships—managing live projects, optimising listings, and delivering high-impact results across leading marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
Be the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication
Run client review meetings, track performance, and anticipate business needs
Manage product onboarding from selection through to listing on retail platforms
Coordinate with teams to collect and QA product content, imagery, and data
Identify revenue growth opportunities and develop account expansion strategies
Help pitch our services to new prospective clients
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Strong Excel and data handling skills
Previous experience in retail, buying, e-commerce or product listing
Knowledge of SEO, marketplaces, or digital marketing is a big plus
Experience with CMS or online retail platforms preferred
Bonus: basic Photoshop/image editing skills
Competitive salary (£30k - £35k, based on experience)
