The Opportunity:

A modern, forward-thinking Legal 500 firm, recognised as a Top 200 UK law firm, requires a Paralegal to join their respected Private Client team.  Over the past 10 years, they’ve grown significantly to a turnover of £11 million and over 65 fee earners — with plans for a further 30% growth over the next five years.

The Role:

You’ll be part of a specialist, collaborative team, working on complex and meaningful cases involving clients who may be vulnerable or lack capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

•

• Assist with applications to the Court of Protection

\t

Support the management of client affairs

\t

Draft legal documents, including Statutory Wills and Trusts

\t

Communicate with clients, families, and professionals

\t

Maintain accurate files and provide support to fee earners

About You:

•

• Experience in Private Client or Court of Protection work

Strong attention to detail and clear written communication

\t

A calm, professional approach when handling sensitive issues

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines

A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn

Salary and Benefits:
