Job Description /n £65,000 to £80,000 plus Benefits /n East Midlands /n An exciting opportunity to join a growing corporate finance team with a strong project pipeline in sight. The potential for an exceptional career path available to you and the opportunity to make your mark. /n To play a pivotal role in supporting the Corporate Finance Partner and Managers. Ideally, a PQE qualified ACA or ACCA lead advisory professional is sought for the position of Associate Director. /n A few years PQE, who are looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance, but equally important, we want the "right person" who is willing to learn and develop. /n An insight into your responsibilities: /n /n - Involvement in Financial Due Diligence assignments for new and existing clients. /n - Assist in various lead advisory assignments. /n - Create business plans and financial models across Corporate Finance projects, including M&A, fundraising, MBOs and disposals. /n - Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities. /n - Produce financial forecasts and business information. /n - Researching and marketing for potential buyers/sellers. /n - Participate in networking events. /n - Assist with client queries. /n /n You must have a strong desire to work and successfully develop a career within Corporate Finance. /n /n /n
