About the role

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Junior Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced, tech-focused environment. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customer service and data analysis. You'll act as the voice of the business to clients, while also being the driving force behind operational accuracy and reporting. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and delivering excellent service-this could be the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Client Support Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries relating to repairs, deliveries, and stock Provide proactive updates to clients, ensuring they always have clear visibility of their orders Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies or repair delays in a professional and timely manner Log quality issues and support ISO9001 preparation activities Data Management & Reporting Maintain and update detailed Excel trackers covering all operational activity Produce clear, client-facing reports using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs Cross-check customer orders against workshop outputs to ensure billing and delivery accuracy Support reporting processes and ensure data integrity at all times Operations & Logistics Coordination Support the wider operations team with day-to-day coordination tasks Assist in maintaining smooth logistics and facilities processes Liaise with suppliers where required Monitor stock trends and flag low levels for key clients What We're Looking For ✅ Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP essential) ✅ Excellent written communication skills ✅ Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities ✅ A calm, professional approach to customer service ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✅ Interest in IT hardware / technology (desirable) Why Apply?
