Job Description Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and growing team based in Birmingham. JOB REF:4089. \n \nTHE ROLE: \n• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of property litigation matters and work closely with colleagues across the wider dispute resolution and commercial litigation teams. \n• Your caseload will include landlord and tenant matters for both residential and commercial clients, boundary disputes and general property disputes, TOLATA claims and general commercial litigation matters. \n• Playing an active role in business development and strengthening the firm’s reputation \n \nSKILLS REQUIRED: \n• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE. \n• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service \n• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment. \n• Advocacy experience would be advantageous. \n \nON OFFER: \n• Competitive remuneration package \n• Genuine career progression \n• Hybrid / flexible working options \n\n . \n \neNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
