Job Description Opportunity for a corporate associate (1-5 pqe) to join a growing corporate practice with a busy deal flow. The team advises on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work, providing lawyers with early responsibility, varied deal exposure and the opportunity to work with a diverse client base in a supportive, collaborative environment. /n PQE is a guide only, and we're happy to discuss with those outside of this range who can fulfil the role.
