Join us as a Private Financing Sales DirectorWe’ll look to you to focus on the customer-facing origination and delivery of financing and solutions transactions within our Private Financing businessDay to day, you’ll be managing relationships with key clients within financial sponsors customer segment for NatWest Markets from the private sideHelp us to deliver our bank’s purpose and strategy in Private Financing, as you create a valuable and far-reaching impact through your workWhat you'll doIn your new role, you’ll be working closely with our partners in Product, Trading and Portfolio Management to deliver long-term sustainable value and positive customer outcomes. You’ll be implementing strategies across customer offerings, cultural shift, revenue targets, cost management and balance sheet optimisation.In addition, you’ll be responsible for:Delivering the go-forward strategic and purpose-led coverage modelMeeting financial objectives, revenue and costs as defined in your performance objectivesTargeting a sustainable and robust business profit and loss stream and risk profilesThe skills you'll needTo be successful in this role, you’ll need a background in Private-side financial markets Sales.
