Job Title: SEN Teacher Location: Kidderminster Contract Type: 5 days per week - term time Start Date: ASAP - DBS Dependant SEN Teacher Required Are you a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist setting supporting children and young people with complex and high-level special educational needs. The needs of the pupils are significant and varied, requiring a teacher who can adapt their approach, build strong relationships, and create a positive learning environment where every student can succeed. About the Role You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of complex needs, including: * Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) * Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) * Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) * Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs * Communication and sensory needs * Trauma The children require a high level of support both academically and emotionally, so experience working within an SEN environment would be highly beneficial.
