About the Customer Service Advisor role: * Monday to Friday - No weekends! * Working hours are 08.00am to 4.30pm * £12.71 per hour * Temporary ongoing role * Based in Stratton area (on main bus route) Duties for the Customer Service Advisor role: * Contacting customers regarding orders and updates via email and phone * Liaise with other internal team members * Using Warehouse Management system - AS400 * Entering information into reporting spreadsheets * Mostly systems admin work but some phone work * Ensure procedures are adhered to in line with company policy and best practice Experience / Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor role: * Good PC skills, including experience of Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Outlook * Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills * Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language * Strong attention to detail and articulate both verbally and written * Ability to work independently To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role apply today
