What’s on offer * Remote working – occasional travel to London office * Product Discount & Discounted pricing of partner brands * Mental Health access service * Bike commuting allowance * Life insurance What will you do as a Wholesale Operations Executive * Build and maintain accurate weekly intake planners * Process D2C and wholesale orders * Support the Wholesale team with stock allocation and shipment tracking * Prepare and manage export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Support sales team with customer reporting * Monitor fulfilment SLAs, and maintain in-house system What will you need to be a Wholesale Operations Executive * Have experience in Home, Gifts or Clothing * Confident to work at home and self motivated * Intermediate Excel * Proactive communicator who can translate complex operational data into clear, actionable updates * Flexibility to travel to the London or Surrey office when required * Minimum of 2 years working within a wholesale environment Job Number 11318
