Full TimeLondonPosted 2 weeks agoReturn to Job SearchM&E Associate EngineerLocation: LondonSalary: 60,000 – 70,000+ DOEJob Type: Full-time | PermanentWorking: London-based with some hybrid flexibilityAn established and growing building services consultancy is looking for an experienced M&E Associate Engineer to join its London team.This is a key appointment for the business and would suit an M&E Associate Engineer who is ready to take genuine ownership of projects, manage client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of an independent consultancy.Salary of 60,000 – 70,000+ DOEHybrid flexibilityAssociate-level responsibility and autonomySignificant project ownershipStrong client-facing exposureVaried commercial and industrial project portfolioSupportive and inclusive cultureOpportunity to contribute to business growthLong-term progression opportunitiesAs an M&E Associate Engineer, you’ll take responsibility for projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, contractors and the wider engineering team.The M&E Associate Engineer will provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary projects, helping to coordinate mechanical and electrical design while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:Managing M&E projects and technical deliverablesTaking ownership of commercial and industrial/warehouse projectsManaging client and stakeholder relationshipsReviewing mechanical and electrical designsCoordinating multidisciplinary MEP solutionsLeading design and project meetingsProviding technical guidance to the wider teamSupporting project programmes and deliveryContributing to business development and client growthThe ideal M&E Associate Engineer will have strong building services consultancy experience and a Mechanical or Electrical bias, alongside a broad understanding of both disciplines.You’ll need experience managing projects and clients, reviewing M&E design and working autonomously.
