Your new company
The firm is a recognised leader in the North West legal market, known for its strong commercial focus and its commitment to delivering clear, practical advice to clients across the rural and agricultural sector. It has a reputation for investing in its people, fostering a collaborative culture and offering genuine opportunities for development within a high‑performing property team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will support a specialist rural property team, assisting with a broad range of agricultural and land‑based matters while developing strong technical skills in a fast‑growing practice. You will work closely with experienced lawyers, gaining hands‑on exposure to high‑quality client work and contributing to the smooth progression of transactions within a collaborative, well‑regarded firm.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 6-12 months' experience in rural and agricultural property work, along with the ability to apply that knowledge confidently in a fast‑paced team. You'll also bring strong organisation, clear communication skills and a proactive approach that enables you to support fee‑earners and deliver an excellent client experience.
What you'll get in return
In return, the successful candidate will benefit from ongoing progression and development, with the potential to secure a training contract or explore alternative routes to qualification as they grow within the team. You will gain exposure to high‑quality rural property work, enjoy a supportive and collaborative culture, and receive a competitive salary.
