Lane7 is recruiting a Sales Director to own UK-wide corporate and large-group sales, including venue-based teams and a central Call Centre. You’ll lead strategy, coaching, and performance management to grow revenue, improve conversion, and expand partnerships with agencies and clients.

You will work across Marketing, Operations and commercial teams to develop profitable packages and scalable sales processes while ensuring exceptional guest experiences across venues.
