About the Role
As a General Manager at Rockfish, you will:
Lead your restaurant with confidence, warmth and a people-first mindset
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistently strong NPS results
Manage budgets, KPIs and operational performance with commercial awareness
Role-model our culture, values and commitment to sustainability
Mentor, develop and inspire your team, supporting clear career progression
Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding seafood dining
Drive standards, safety and service excellence every day
