Programme Manager - Self Management

Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months contract
Rates: 55.41 GBP/Hr Gross on PAYE (OR) 72.75 GBP/Hr Gross on Umbrella (Inside IR35 contract)
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support the execution of business management and operational activities across a global technology organization.
This role will partner closely with technology leadership to assist with financial management, workforce planning, vendor governance, contract administration, executive reporting, and portfolio management activities.
The Technology Business Management Support function plays a critical role in ensuring effective financial stewardship, operational governance, and portfolio transparency.
This position will provide essential support to leadership by helping track budgets, contracts, resource plans, vendor relationships, and reporting processes that enable informed business decisions and successful execution of strategic priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related discipline.
~6 - 8 years of experience in business management, PMO, financial analysis, workforce planning, vendor management, procurement, or technology operations.
~ Experience supporting budget management and financial forecasting activities is required.
~ Basic knowledge of portfolio management and project governance practices.
~ Financial services industry experience preferred.
~ Accurate budget and forecast management.
~ Timely processing and management of contracts and vendor engagements.
~ Clear visibility into financial performance and risks.
