Job Title: Car Sales Executive Location: Winchester Salary: £20,000 + uncapped commission + company benefits Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm, Saturday 8:30am-5pm and 1 in 2 Sundays 10am-4pm Drive your sales career forward with two of the most exciting emerging brands in the UK automotive market. Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a family-run dealer group in Winchester who are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent two rapidly growing automotive brands that are making a real impact in the UK market. With an expanding range of petrol, hybrid and electric vehicles, competitive pricing and increasing customer awareness, these brands offer something genuinely different for customers entering the showroom. You’ll be joining a modern dealership, selling both new and used vehicles and working with an exciting product range that continues to grow. We’re looking for a motivated, professional and customer-focused Car Sales Executive who can become a key part of the dealership’s continued growth. What You’ll Do: * Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover * Communicate with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face * Guide customers through the complete sales process using a consultative and professional approach * Sell both new and used vehicles * Build strong product knowledge across an expanding model range * Identify customer requirements and recommend the most suitable vehicle and funding options * Arrange and accompany customers on test drives * Maximise sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience * Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets * Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers * Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to ensure a smooth customer journey What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience within car sales would be advantageous * Alternatively, a strong background in sales, retail or customer service will be considered * Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport * A confident and professional approach to customers * Proactive, self-motivated and driven to achieve targets * Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment * A genuine interest in developing your automotive sales career * A full UK driving licence is essential What You’ll Get: * A competitive salary package with uncapped commission potential * Company car * The opportunity to represent two of the fastest-growing emerging automotive brands in the UK * An expanding range of petrol, hybrid and electric vehicles * A modern, recently refurbished showroom * The opportunity to sell both new and used vehicles * Manufacturer training and ongoing career development * A professional and supportive working environment * The opportunity to join a respected, family-run automotive group This is an excellent time to join the dealership.
