Management Accountant - Finalist

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a growing multi-site organisation based in Wolverhampton, who are looking to appoint a finalist or newly qualified Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team. Following a sustained period of growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business where finance plays a central role in supporting operational performance, with genuine scope to influence reporting, improve processes and develop into a senior position.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the monthly management accounts for a portfolio of sites, producing accurate reporting supported by meaningful P&L analysis and variance commentary. As well as ensuring month-end runs smoothly, you'll work closely with operational managers to help them understand performance, providing clear financial insight that supports better commercial and operational decision-making across the business.

This is a broad role that offers far more than routine reporting. You'll have the opportunity to supervise a small finance team, contribute to projects focused on improving systems and controls, and play an active role in developing the finance function as the business continues to grow.
