A leading Mid-Size Mechanical/HVAC Contractor are looking for a Junior Air Conditioning Contracts/Project Manager to join the project delivery department. Specialising within the commercial sector, they undertake M&E Installations within residential developments both within London and Kent.
The ideal candidate will come from a HVAC Building Services background and have some experience of delivering commercial projects. A site-based role which has become available due to an internal promotion so there is a natural progression from Junior to Senior Management within this business and role.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage HVAC packages within Commercial Projects
· Ensure the installation is delivered to the highest standards
· Director-level reporting
· Strong commercial knowledge and management skills
· Attend meetings with both client and internal stakeholders
· Develop excellent relationships with client
· Ensure you are available xwzovoh to answer questions and offer support/advice
Person Specification
· HVAC Building Services Background
· Current Managerial Experience
· Commercial project experience
· Able to run commercial side of project
· Pro-Active man-manager
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to work to tight deadlines
