Consultant – Trades & Labour Approved Workforce | Crossgates, Leeds £30,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission About the role Approved Workforce is looking for a Consultant to join our trades and labour team in Crossgates, Leeds. You'll work alongside a team of three, running a full 360 desk covering business development through to delivery. This isn't a role where you'll be boxed into one part of the process. You'll manage client accounts, win new business, place temps, and run client visits, all within a small, supportive team where you'll learn from experienced consultants around you. What you'll be doing * Managing and growing a portfolio of trades and labour clients * Driving new business through proactive sales activity * Placing temporary workers and managing the full booking process * Conducting regular client visits to strengthen relationships and spot opportunities * Working closely with your team of three to hit shared targets and drive growth across the desk What we're looking for * Experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role * A genuine track record in trades, labour, or a comparable temp-driven sector (preferred) * Hungry for success, with the drive to build your own desk * Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team * Strong communicator who's confident managing clients face-to-face What's on offer * £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience * Uncapped commission structure * A genuine path to progression within a growing multi-brand recruitment group * The chance to build your own desk as part of a close, established team Based in Crossgates, Leeds.
