JobPurposeInspectionTeamLeader
Responsiblefortheday-to-dayleadershipandsupervisionoftheinspectionteamworkingunderlicensing.Therolefocusesonensuringhigh-qualitypropertyinspectionsacrosstheprivaterentedsector,supportingcompliancewithhousingstandardsandlicensingconditions,andimprovingtheconditionofrentalproperties.

Lead,manage,andsupportateamofinspectionofficersconductingpropertyinspectionsunderhousinglicensingschemes
Allocateandprioritiseworkloads,ensuringtimelyandeffectiveservicedelivery.
Providetechnicaloversightandmentoringonhousingstandards,includingHHSRS,preparingandissuingnotices,andtenancy-relatedissues
Overseethequalityandconsistencyofinspectionsandensurethecompliancewithhousinglegislationandlicensingconditions
Reviewandapproveinspectionreports,ensuringaccuracyandappropriatefollowups
Undertakepropertyinspectionswherenecessarytoassesscompliancewithlicensingconditions,supportenforcementactionandensureconsistentapplicationofhousingstandardsacrosstheteam.
Workwithlandlords,tenantsagentsandexternalpartnerstofacilitateinspectionsandpromoteunderstandingoflicensingresponsibilities
