Are you a Michelin Experienced Chef ready to work as part of a standout operation in the Michelin dining experience.
Were seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to help support the restaurant, delivering elevated cuisine inspired by the vibrant flavours of the North West. This is a rare opportunity to shape a premium food offering within a prestigious setting, with the added benefit of live-in accommodation nearby if required .
The Role As Sous Chef, you will:
Work close with the Head Chef and help to develop a talented kitchen team
Help to elevate a refined, modern food offer, bringing Michelin or 3 Rosette Experience.
Maintain exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
Help manage food costs, GP, and kitchen operations efficiently
Collaborate with Head Chef to drive the restaurants vision and reputation
As a Pastry Chef, You Will: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a premium or luxury environment
Strong Pastry background with some understanding of Bread also.
A passion for innovation, flavour, and presentation
Excellent communication skills
A hands-on, driven approach with attention to detail
