Now, we’re looking for a Trading Underwriter – Property & Casualty to help us grow our portfolio and deepen our broker relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Underwrite new and renewal P&C business, focusing on profitable growth.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and partners.

Use your market insight to help shape product development and trading strategy.

Collaborate with a dynamic, close-knit team of experts who move quickly and think creatively.

Contribute to a culture that values accountability, innovation, and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Property & Casualty underwriting, ideally within UK regional or SME markets.

Strong trading mentality with a flair for building broker relationships.

Confident in decision-making and empowered underwriting.

Commercially minded, curious, and collaborative.
