Key Responsibilities: * Supporting advisers with client administration and advice implementation * Preparing client documentation and annual review packs * Managing and maintaining accurate client records * Liaising with providers to obtain valuations and illustrations * Handling client and provider queries via phone and email * Processing fund switches, withdrawals, and client updates * Supporting compliance and back-office administration * Assisting with general office and operational duties Requirements: * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Professional communication and relationship-building skills * A proactive and team-oriented attitude * Interest in investments, financial markets, or financial planning * Desire to learn and progress within wealth management Previous financial services administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
