They are now looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join their dedicated team on a full-time basis.
Salary £13.14 £14.13 (dependent on qualification and experience) Benefits: Up to 35 days off per year , including: 8 bank holidays 3 days off between Christmas and New Year Your birthday off ?? (Pro-rated for part-time hours) Supportive and welcoming team environment Ongoing training and professional development opportunities A nurturing workplace that truly values staff wellbeing The Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.
Youll support childrens learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues. xwzovoh
Key Responsibilities Include: Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities Supporting childrens emotional, social and educational development Observing, assessing and recording childrens progress Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety procedures are always followed Working collaboratively as part of a caring team What We Require: Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare Passionate about early childhood development Warm, nurturing and enthusiastic A strong team player with good communication skills Committed to safeguarding and promoting childrens welfare Next Steps If youre looking to join a nursery that genuinely values its staff and offers an excellent work-life balance, wed love to hear from you.
