About the role
Site Manager – Industrial Project | Kettering | 4-5 Week Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an industrial construction project in Kettering, commencing the first week of July.
Working directly for the main contractor, you will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and driving the project programme through to completion.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial construction projects
* Strong background overseeing groundworks packages
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines
* Strong focus on health & safety and quality standards

* Start Date: First week of July
* Duration: Approximately 4-5 weeks
