Contracts Manager

Position: Contracts Manager Salary: £70,000 - 85,000 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health Region: Epsom / London Industry: Construction My client is seeking a Contracts Manager to cover a portfolio of schemes predominantly based across the South East. The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3/4 at one time, circa £2m in value) site based with other days based from home or office. The organisation is a building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality internal and refurbishment schemes including fit-out and M&E works ranging from a few £100k to £2M in value. The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following:- Construction All projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme/quality targets.
