Our client, a highly respected boutique estate agency situated in the heart of Edinburgh, is looking to add an experienced Sales Consultant to strengthen their sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer‑focused property professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating sales, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll be joining a dynamic and supportive environment and you'll play a key role in guiding buyers and sellers through the property sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing buyer enquiries and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Providing expert advice on the local property market
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales journey
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and referrals

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Property Sales Consultant, or similar estate agency role in Edinburgh or London
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated, professional, and customer‑focused
• Good knowledge of the Edinburgh property market would be advantageous
