Senior Recruitment Consultant - Civil & Structural Engineering London £40k-£50k plus commission & benefits Do you have extensive experience in civil and structural engineering recruitment and are looking for your next challenge in London? Conrad Consulting is expanding, and we are seeking a senior consultant to join the team in our new London office to enhance our presence. You will be capable of establishing your own civil & structural desk, carrying out a 360 role to include business development and candidate resourcing. You will have excellent client liaison skills and will be an experienced candidate resourcer, who can manage every aspect involved in making a placement. About you: Previous experience as recruitment consultant, preferably within civil & structural engineering sector Proven track record of building a sustainable desk and evidence of successful billing Strong business development and client relationship management skills Excellent communication and negotiation ability Driven, target-focused individual with a genuine willingness to succeed In return Conrad Consulting can offer a highly competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, hybrid working (2 days wfh per week) and a clear career path.
