A respected public sector organisation based in Perth is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Administrator to join its team on a temporary 12-week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to support the delivery of key administrative and operational services within a busy office environment.The organisation is looking for someone who can provide high-quality administrative support, maintain accurate records and systems, respond to internal and external enquiries, and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day service delivery activities.
Your new role
As a Service Delivery Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting operational teams through the provision of efficient administrative and customer-focused support. You will be responsible for managing documentation, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support to the wider team.
Maintaining and updating databases, records, filing systems, and documentation.
Managing incoming enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinating meetings, booking rooms, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting documentation.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to support operational activities and service delivery objectives.
Assisting with administrative projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Providing general office support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an administrative, business support, or service delivery role.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when maintaining records and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a range of stakeholders.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
Ability to successfully complete a Disclosure Scotland check.
