Foreman – High-End Residential Construction I am currently working with an ambitious and growing family-run construction business that is looking to appoint an experienced Foreman to join their team. Specialising in high-end residential refurbishments, extensions, and restoration projects with values of up to £1 million, this business has established an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service across every project. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone from a strong trade background who enjoys leading projects from the front. You will be expected to be actively involved on the tools when required while also taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of projects on site. Working closely with the directors, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities * Managing the day-to-day running of high-end residential refurbishment, extension, and restoration projects * Leading site operations and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and labour * Remaining hands-on and working on the tools where required * Monitoring project programmes and ensuring works are completed on schedule * Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and site presentation * Conducting site inductions and ensuring health and safety compliance * Liaising with clients, architects, designers, and the company directors * Identifying and resolving site issues to keep projects progressing smoothly What We're Looking For * Proven experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Site Supervisor, or similar role within residential construction * Strong trade background with the ability and willingness to remain hands-on * Excellent understanding of all phases of construction, from groundwork through to final finishes * Experience delivering high-end residential projects * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage site activities effectively * A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and quality What's on Offer * Opportunity to join a respected and expanding family-run business * Exposure to high-specification residential projects * A supportive and close-knit team environment * Long-term career development opportunities * Competitive salary and package * The chance to play a key role in the continued growth and success of the business This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled construction professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys being both hands-on and involved in the management of prestigious residential projects.
