Experienced Building Surveyor

An Experienced Building Surveyor is required in Eastbourne for a Permanent, Full-time position. The role follows a flexible hybrid pattern, typically combining three office days with two remote days. Responsibilities * Administer building contracts across refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects * Manage project instructions from initial assessment through delivery and completion * Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical reporting * Prepare specifications and supporting documentation for planned works * Coordinate clients, contractors and consultants across live instructions Requirements * Building Surveying degree or equivalent relevant qualification * Practical contract administration and project management experience * Condition surveying and building defect investigation experience * Ability to attend inspections and progress instructions independently * AssocRICS, MRICS or equivalent welcomed but not essential Salary & Package * £45,000–£60,000 basic salary dependent on experience * Flexible hybrid working * Typical three-day office and two-day remote pattern * Pension scheme * Continued professional development and progression support 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
