A large, highly successful and over-subscribed school in Redbridge is seeking to appoint a reliable and proactive School Site Assistant to join a dedicated team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and practical individual to play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure and well-presented school environment.
As a School Site Assistant, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the school site, ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard for pupils, staff and visitors. The successful School Site Assistant will work closely with the wider site and premises team to support the effective running of the school.
The school is looking for a School Site Assistant who will:

• Support the maintenance, cleanliness and security of the school site
• Carry out basic repairs, maintenance and DIY tasks
• Assist with opening and closing the school premises
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Help prepare rooms and spaces for school events and activities
• Work collaboratively with staff, contractors and external agencies
