Job title: Quality Manager

Location: London area

Salary: £60-90k

The opportunity:

ReeVR Talent are partnered with an innovative highly regulated manufacturing business, who are looking to appoint a Quality Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for Quality Managers experienced in managing teams, systems and driving a strong Quality culture across the site.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and improve Quality Management Systems
Maintain inspection readiness and lead regulatory inspections and partner audits.
Manage internal inspections, audit schedules, findings and corrective actions.
Oversee QA, Auditors and Validation teams.
Lead quality forums.
Monitor quality KPIs and metrics.
Implement regulatory updates to maintain compliance.
Ensure timely closure of CAPAs, change controls and deviations.
Develop and coach the QA team, setting priorities and ensuring training and performance objectives are achieved.
Collaborate with departments across the business to improve processes and embed a strong quality mindset. 

Experience required:

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulations.
Line Management experience.
Experience hosting and managing inspections/audits.
Experience in highly regulated industry. 
The ability to manage competing priorities, drive accountability and deliver to deadlines.
A hands-on approach to coaching teams and building a proactive quality culture.
