Job Title: Dual Home Registered Manager - Children's Residential
Locations: WV1 2SL & WS11 1EL
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + 10% Performance Bonus
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Dual Home Registered Manager to oversee two children's residential homes. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Registered Manager or a strong Deputy looking to take the next step into a multi-site leadership role.
You will be responsible for ensuring both homes operate to the highest standards, delivering exceptional care and achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and operational oversight across two residential homes
Ensure both services are fully compliant with Ofsted regulations
Lead, support, and develop staff teams and on-site leadership
Drive high standards of care, safeguarding, and child-centred practice
Monitor performance, quality, and outcomes across both homes
Lead on inspections, audits, and continuous improvement plans
Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively
Build strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders
Requirements
Experience within a Good or Outstanding-rated children's residential service
Background supporting children with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) and/or LD (Learning Disabilities)
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
Ability to manage or step into a multi-site / dual home environment
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding frameworks
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) desirable
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Working Pattern
173 hours per month (Monday-Friday)
On-call rota (approximately once every 2 weeks)
