Help lead the planning strategy for one of the UK’s most ambitious cities. As Planning Director, you will shape delivery of sustainable urban extensions and regional masterplans.

Your Responsibilities

Overseedelivery across high-value planning commissions and major developmentframeworks
Actas a strategic leader in client-facing and public-sector negotiations

About You

MRTPIqualified with 10+ years of planning experience
Deepknowledge of the regional development landscape
Commerciallysavvy with proven business development record
Inspirationalleader and mentor
