Research Manager – Healthcare Market Research £40,000 – £55,000 | UK-based | Hybrid or Remote (UK only) Full-time | Permanent We are partnering with a specialist healthcare market research consultancy supporting global pharmaceutical and biotech clients in generating strategic insights that shape product development, launch strategy, and patient access decisions. We are looking for a Research Manager to join a growing insights team, taking ownership of end-to-end healthcare market research projects across a range of therapy areas. You will lead and deliver high-quality primary market research projects, working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders. This includes designing research approaches, managing fieldwork, analysing findings, and translating data into clear, commercially relevant insights. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued development of research capabilities and methodologies. Lead qualitative and/or quantitative healthcare market research projects end-to-end Design research materials (discussion guides, questionnaires, screeners) Manage fieldwork suppliers and timelines across multiple projects Analyse complex data sets and develop clear, actionable insights Contribute to proposal development and study design Experience in healthcare market research, pharma insights, or life sciences consultancy Strong background in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies Ability to translate data into clear strategic narratives Highly organised with strong project management skills 40,000 – £55,000 salary depending on experience ~ Flexible hybrid or fully remote working (UK-based candidates only) ~ Exposure to global pharma and biotech clients ~ Opportunity to shape research strategy, not just deliver projects ~ This role sits within a specialist healthcare market research consultancy operating internationally, working closely with pharmaceutical strategy and insights teams.
