Our client is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to oversee the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) package on a major data centre project in Leeds.

Manage the CSA package from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, consultants and suppliers.
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements.
Monitor progress, costs, procurement and resource allocation.
Oversee civil, structural and architectural construction activities.
Coordinate CSA works with mechanical, electrical and other project packages.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Identify and resolve technical issues, delays and project risks.

Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
Strong background in data centres or complex commercial/industrial developments.
Excellent knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction works.
Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, programmes and project deliverables.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Relevant construction or engineering qualifications. xwzovoh
