Remuneration: £60,000 - £80,000

The role of the Design Manager Industrial Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:
Design Manager position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS
Ensuring all construction drawings and designs are produced on time to a high standard
Managing the development and implementation of design proposals and ensure they meet the clients expectations
Ensure all drawings and revisions comply with project specifications and manufacturers latest installation guidance
Ensuring designs have relevant documentation to support them
Act as the central point of contact for all design-related inquiries
Managing a teams ranging from 6-30 designers
Facilitating the designs for projects that could range in value up to £30m
The ideal applicant will be Design Manager Industrial Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
Must have Senior Designer / Design Management experience within rainscreen cladding and/or SFS market sector
Experience managing design projects over £10m
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High levels of attention to detail and organisation
Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple xwzovoh projects at any one time
Enthusiastic, team player, who works well individually also
