Nursery Team/Room Leader

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring and passionate  Room Leader to join our buzzing team and help create amazing experiences for our children. Our  Good-rated Ofsted nursery is home to up to 120 little learners , and there’s never a dull moment! From exploring our wonderful  sensory room to getting creative outdoors in our spacious garden, our children are encouraged to be curious, confident and independent every day. You’ll inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding care and learning, while making sure our  Bee Curious curriculum comes to life every day. You’ll also play an important role in mentoring your team, supporting children's development, maintaining high standards and ensuring every child feels safe, happy and valued. We believe that happy teams create happy nurseries. You’ll be supported by a team that genuinely cares about what you do and the difference you make. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in our partnership with  BBC Children in Need , helping us raise money and make an even bigger difference to children's lives. Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children. Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents. Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children. Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner. Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
