The Role - Higher Level Teaching Assistant Seeking a confident and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-11 within a primary school setting. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted interventions, support pupils across a range of abilities and provide whole-class cover when required. The role involves assisting with lesson delivery, monitoring pupil progress, supporting behaviour management and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
