Product Manager

Our customer is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for their Salesforce Core platform, focusing on either Salesforce Order Management (OMS) or Salesforce Service Cloud (candidate needs deep expertise in one, not both).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Salesforce OMS or Service Cloud, aligned to broader Core platform strategy.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Partner with Salesforce architects/developers to scope, prioritize, and deliver platform enhancements.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership on platform capabilities.
• Define and track KPIs/success metrics for platform adoption and performance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple business units leveraging the Core platform.
