I'm recruiting for a senior PHP developer with extensive Symfony experience .

I am working with a UK based Software Agency that are looking for a skilled PHP Symfony developer to join their team.

This agency differs from typical agency environments in that you will be focused on a few key long term projects.

The ideal developer will have full lifecycle experience, having worked on a build end to end and you will have maintained, upgraded and improved your own code in the long term.

You should have strong foundational skills and use SOLID design principles in your work.

There is no need to be client facing, and no micromanaging.

What is important is letting you get on with what you do best...producing quality code.

You will be coding, pure and simple.

You will be:

Developing and Maintaining a SaaS platform using PHP, React, MySQL and related technologies in an AWS environment.

Developing APIs (GraphQL and REST).

Participating in the entire SDLC.

You will have experience with:
Modern PHP and Symfony
AWS

MySQL, PostgreSQL
CI/CD

React, or other modern JavaScript

Building APIs

Nice to have :

NodeJS, TypeScript

Docker, Kubernetes

GraphQL

PHP Unit testing

This role is fully remote, you can be based anywhere in the UK. You must, however, have full right to live and work status in the UK.
