Patient Recruitment Representative

Salary: £28,000 per annum + commission

Hours: 0900 – 1730, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Location: Holborn, London - fully onsite

Contract: Full Time and Permanent

Role Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with extensive sales-experience, to join us to support patients looking to register with us.

Role Duties:

• Dealing with new patient registrations.
• Liaising with patients via email as well as inbound and outbound calls.
• Booking patients in for their initial consultation.
• Contacting patients interested in registering with service
• Communicating with patient GP, if necessary, both in sourcing information and responding to queries

Qualification/Experience for Role:

• Extensive experience within a high performing sales/recruitment role desired
• Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred
• Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues effectively and efficiently
• Experience within a high-volume calls role preferred
• Experience with reaching and surpassing call-based targets
