Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search Entry-Level Opportunity for Ex-Athletes Location: Leeds Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + uncapped commission Type: Full-time, Permanent --- The Opportunity Are you a former athlete looking to take your competitive mindset, discipline and drive into a high-performance career? We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Executive Search as aspiring Recruitment Consultants. No recruitment experience is required. Our partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality. Executive Search is fast-paced, competitive and relationship-driven. You’ll work with businesses to identify and attract high-calibre professionals for senior and specialist positions, build relationships with candidates and clients, negotiate opportunities and develop into a trusted advisor within your chosen market. --- Why Ex-Athletes?
